Specialty Coffee
LEBANESE COFFEE
super light , light, dark, super dark

It's great coffee, black, strong, and takes some time getting use to it. Identical to coffee in neighboring countries and sometimes referred to Turkish coffee. Some people enjoy it with a pinch of cardamom to enjoy a touch of spicy taste.

ARABIC COFFEE NO. 3

Arabic coffee is meant to taste robust and bitter. It is often served alongside dates (or another sweet treat) to counter the bitterness. Cardamom is sometimes ground with the coffee beans and boiled along with the coffee

RAW HARRAR BEANS

Harrar coffee often has a rich aroma, a heavy body and a fruit like acidity. And in the very best Harrar coffees you can detect either a mild or an intense aroma of blueberries and sometimes even blackberries.  This is why Ethiopian Harrar coffee is often used in espresso blends, as it captures the fine aromatics in the crema (delish).

BRAZILLIAN
light, dark

A great high quality Brazil coffee is soft, nutty, low acid, with nice bittersweet chocolate tastes. It is also quite an exceptional base for making flavored coffees because of it's softness in the cup.

ETHIOPIAN COFFEE

"Ethiopia Genika" is a type of Arabica coffee of single origin grown exclusively in the Bench Maji Zone of Ethiopia. Like most African coffees, Ethiopia Guraferda features a small and greyish bean, yet is valued for its deep, spice and wine or chocolate-like taste and floral aroma.

COLOMBIAN DARK COFFEE

Colombian coffees tend to be mild and well-balanced. The flavor profile often includes fruity notes ranging from tropical to red berry and apple. Also, floral, chocolate, sugar cane, and caramel notes are not uncommon. As far as aroma, you can expect citrus, fruits, and hints of spice.

ESPRESSO

Espresso coffee beans usually belong to the dark roast category, as this is the stage in which the beans offer the least acidity with a fuller body. You will still be able to get slight hints of the bean flavor too.
